MEET MADDIE
Maddie Love (she/they) is a people-focused data professional and political strategist based in Minneapolis, MN. They have experience supporting a broad range of clients, from coalition tables and campaigns to nonprofit groups and labor unions. She seeks to create products and data systems that are accessible, adaptable, and focused on the end-user. Maddie is committed to working with clients through every step of the way to build mutual understanding and collective buy-in.
Their approach to data is informed by her experience as an organizer in southern Minnesota where they worked on electoral campaigns and LGBTQ+ issues. Maddie strives to incorporate both an anti-racist and data justice lens into their work.
